Ex-library, with bookplates and spine label. Presentation inscription to half-title page. [and:] Annual Statement of the Receipts & Expenditures of the Town of West Newbury. West Newberry, Mass.: A.N. Ambrose, 1890. 32, 11 pages. Paper wrappers. Covers with edge wear small tears and minor soiling, pamphlet with corner bends. [and:] Group of Three Life Insurance Policies, circa 1961. Each policy, made to "Jeremy Mansfield of 'Smugglers,'" from the Equity & Law Life Assurance Society Limited of London measures 14.75" x 18" and pays £1,000 each. [and:] Land Indenture Contract, 1836, between John Rogers and Bennet Perry. [and:] Alliance Assurance Company fire insurance reminder. Folded mailer sent from Bristol on March 16, 1910 with stamp and postal ink date. Overall very good.
