Two folio volumes bound in one, with the original gray printed wrappers bound in with their respective volumes. 12.5 x 8.75 inches. [4], 144 and 139 pages. Profusely illustrated, including color and folding plates showing examples of bindings, decoration, ornamentation and lettering. Green buckram with leather spine label lettered in gilt, now somewhat rubbed and worn. Light foxing in places, but generally very clean. An attractive copy in very good condition.
