Original dark green bead-grain cloth. Covers with blind stamped decorations, spine with gilt titles surrounded by leaf designs. Original brown coated endpapers. Binding rubbed and sun faded, gilt on spine dulled, small tears and chips at spine ends; previous owner's holograph ink name and address on front fly-leaf, bookseller's small pencil notes on verso front free endpaper, few light pencil marks in the margins, occasional small spots of foxing or soiling.
