    Clarence Darrow. The Story of My Life. New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1932. First edition. Inscribed by the author on half-title. Octavo. viii, [ix, x, xi, xii], 465, [1, blank] pages. Twelve photographic illustrations on eight plates, with two intertextual illustrations. Publisher's deep blue cloth, dust jacket. Boards and board edges rubbed and moderately worn, corners bumped, spine slightly leaning, backstrip a bit sun-faded. Text block somewhat shaken, edges modestly toned, ink ownership signature, terminal leaves lightly creased on upper corners, occasional ink marks in margins, rear hinge over-opened with mull cloth exposed. Dust jacket recto modestly toned, edges slightly worn and chipped, spine panel stained on tail end and splitting on creases, verso has cellophane tape repairs on creases. Newspaper photograph of author affixed to front pastedown with annotation beneath. A good, sound copy.
