    "Beer, Beer, Glorious Beer"

    Sidney H. Sime. SIGNED. Original Ink Wash on Paper. "I Say! I only know 'All in a Row' and - 'Beer, beer, Glorious Beer.'" Two men with harps in the after-life; one sweating while complaining that all he knows are drinking songs. Originally appeared in the Pick-Me-Up magazine (February 8, 1896). Sime was a regular contributor to the magazine from 1895 to 1900. Neat holograph ink title on lower margin of matte. Signed: "S. H. Sime" in the lower right corner of the art. Approximately 11 x 17.75 inches, in matted frame 20 x 25 inches. Frame with small scuffs, scratches, and chips. Artwork in wonderful condition. From the Krown & Spellman Collection.
