First edition of a chapter intended for, but not used, in the revised and expanded edition of Wright's autobiography. Inscribed and signed by Wright, "To William T Evjue = 'Bill' Frank Lloyd Wright" on the title page. Square octavo. [2], 30 pages. Publisher's printed brown wrappers. Minor wear and light creasing, else a fine copy. William Evjue was the founder, editor, and publisher of The Capital Times of Madison, Wisconsin a newspaper that published editorials and articles by Wright for more than twenty-five years. Evjue and Wright were good friends for decades, hence the familiarity in the inscription. A unique item, fit for any Wright collection.
