Contemporary blue morocco, ruled in gilt, spine with five raised bands, compartments decoratively stamped in gilt, front board lettered in gilt, gilt-tooled board edges and inside dentelles, marbled endpapers, all edges gilt. Boards rubbed and lightly soiled, binding worn at joints, spine ends and corners, backstrip dulled, raised bands rubbed. Holographic pencil notation to verso of front endpaper. Ex-Carberry Tower Library with label to front pastedown with no other markings. Very good. From the William E. Fredeman Collection.
