    [Cut-Paper Pictures]. [An Album of 32 Cut-Paper Pictures]. [N.p., n.d., ca. 1878]. Album is approximately 7.25 x 4.5 inches. Octavo. The silhouettes are in various colors and mounted onto leaves of various colors. [112] pages present. There are some pages with ink notes, shorthand notes in pencil, and an original drawing in ink of "Lord Somnoddy", and a penciled inscription on the verso of the front free endpaper dated 1878. Contemporary half black straight-grain morocco over straight-grain paper boards. Covers and spine ruled in gilt. Binding worn and chipped, some pages loose, some pages missing. An unusual example of cut paper silhouettes (scenes include a squirrel at a tree, a bull and dog fighting, two shepherds and their flock, and birds on trees).
