Collation includes a total of 290 plates, some double-sided, including frontispiece. Publisher's full burlap binding, brown morocco gilt lettering labels on front cover and spine, decorative paper endleaves. Mild browning to spine, else a fine copy. Architect John A. Nyden's copy, with his bookplate (he designed the Victory Monument in Chicago in collaboration with sculptor Leonard Crunelle).
