Publisher's blue calf backstrip over gray buckram boards, spine stamped and lettered in gilt, pictorial endleaves. In the original slipcase and the rare acetate jacket. Spine sunned and rubbed, headcap chipped, some rubbing to binding, acetate browned, wrinkled, and somewhat shrunken, some sunning and wear to slipcase. Bookplate, bookseller's ticket.
