Graham, 1845. Original map of Lake Superior and Upper Michigan. Two large sheets, laid-down, (47.5 x 38.5 inches; 1210 x 975 mm.). Linen-back, rolled. Sparse hand-coloring, now faint; inset map in the upper right corner. Discreet restorative efforts noticeable at the fold-lines; minor marginal soiling, few insignificant stains; light edgewear since stabilized. Staple holes in linen from previous framing, not affecting map. Paper bright, presents as near fine.

Grand Format Floor Sessions
