Folding frontis map, 32 pages. Half-leather, red leather spine label with title in gilt. Some rubbing and soiling on covers, affecting leather at corners and spine ends. Marbled endpapers. Ink ownership signature of "Lewis A. McArthur" dated 1928. Dampstains on lower margins of sheets. Title page starting at tail. Minor tears on lower margins of pp. 29-32. Good.
