Two folded facsimile newspapers, folded map, and facsimile copy of Denver City and Auraria, the Commercial Emporium of the Pike's Peak Gold Regions, in 1859, in pocket at front. Title page in red and black. Frontispiece and numerous in-text illustrations. Cloth backed boards with pictorial title label on front cover and title on spine. In original striped glassine dust wrapper. Rear board with small lower edge bumps, minor soiling to cloth. Minor soiling to title page. Glassine wrapper with light fold and edge wear, small tears. Overall a near fine copy.
