First, and presumably only, edition. Octavo. 97 pages. Frontispiece and thirteen plates, some by McNevin and some engraved portraits of various brewery scenes and buildings. Publisher's soft brown cloth covers with gilt titles on the front cover and quadruple-ruled blind borders to both covers. Housed in a red cloth slipcase and chemise with a gilt-lettered morocco spine label and gilt spine stamping. Minor fraying to the cloth edges. Short tear to the cloth at the spine head. Binding a touch shaken. A well-preserved, and rare title, in very good condition. A notice from the brewery is tipped-in to the front free endpaper reading, in part, "This book is not for sale, and only a limited number of copies have been printed for presentation."
