Small bookplate to front pastedown, ink ownership and marks to front endpapers, front hinge just starting, rear free endpaper roughly detached. Soiled and somewhat foxed, text block toned to margins and edges. Very good.

Pictorial maroon cloth stamped in black and gilt. Corners bumped, minor edgewear, head and foot of spine pushed, gilt on spine somewhat rubbed. Ink ownership to front and rear endpapers, price sticker and small open tear to front free endpaper recto. Text block toned, minor edgewear. Good or better.

Illustrated. Publisher's burgundy cloth stamped in gilt. Corners just bumped, minor edgewear, head and foot of spine pushed and worn, somewhat rubbed. Endpapers toned and brittle, front free endpaper detached but present, hinges weak. Internally generally clean; minor thumbsoiling, minor edgewear. Very good.
