Three menus for the New York Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet held at Delmonico's restaurant in 1900, 1901, and 1903 with front cover illustrations engraved by Tiffany & Co. Two stiff card leaves each bound with silk bows. Engraved illustrations described in detail on the back cover. Each menu illustration is "a fine piece [example] of steel plate and die work." The 1903 menu has a duplicate food listing printed on a thin leaf of paper loosely laid in. Each menu housed in a Tiffany & Co. box with ribbons, some broken. Light edge wear, foxing or toning to front covers, minor soiling. Boxes worn and soiled. Very good. From the library of John Carroll Collins.
Chamber of Commerce of the State of New York 132nd Annual Banquet Tuesday Evening, November the Twentieth 1900. From the back cover description of the engraving: "It represents a graceful female figure, combining liberty, commerce and electricity." The menu has foxing in the margins of its front cover.

From the back cover: ".the menu shows a commanding figure of Columbia holding the caduceus, the rod of Mercury which rests upon a globe, while at Columbia's side is a shield bearing he arms of the State of New York."
135th Annual Banquet of the Chamber of Commerce of the State of New York Tuesday Evening, November the 17th 1903. Features portrait images of Alexander Hamilton, De Witt Clinton, and John Jay. Its front cover is unevenly toned.
Each menu with light edge wear and minor soiling. Boxes are rubbed, soiled, and toned, small tears and some broken ribbons; otherwise in very good condition.
