Two octavo volumes in sixes. xxix, [1], 255; 240 pages. Ex-library copies with stamps, stickers, pockets, and holograph library markings. Red cloth library bindings with gilt and white titles and call numbers on spines. Embossed library stamps on title pages and few internal pages. Textblocks cockled. Pages foxed throughout, occasional soiling. Overall, very good.

    "Based on this baronet's sporting trips of 1832, 1838 and 1842, but probably actually written by Webb. The earliest sporting expedition to the Rockies." -Howes S 998 "dd".
