Four inch crack in front joint from the top; one inch crack in rear joint from top. Crack in front hinge. Marbled page edges. Light to moderate foxing at the beginning, less so toward the end. "C. A. Parker/July 1844" written on front free endpaper in ink; "C. A. Parker" also written on rear free endpaper.
