Original saddle-stitched binding in illustrated wrappers, cover-title. Manuscript notes made under "Report to My Local Church" on page twenty-eight, written in an unknown hand. Occasional light rubbing and edgewear with minimal soiling to rear wrapper, small bruise and remnants of tape adhesive to upper margin of rear inner-wrapper. Very good or better.
