Tyler / The address at Jamestown / corrected by the author" on the title page. Octavo. Numbered [401]-480 pages. Publisher's original printed wrappers. Front wrapper detached with small closed tears and chipping along the edges, else very good. Housed in a chemise and half-leather slipcase, all in a clamshell case. Tyler's speech marking the occasion of the 250th anniversary of the English settlement at Jamestown is printed in full and Tyler has made eleven corrections to the address in his own hand.
