    [J. K. Jeffrey, Board of Immigration]. The Territory of Wyoming. Its History, Soil, Climate, Resources, Etc.. Laramie City: Daily Sentinel Print, December 1874. First edition. Small quarto. Cloth-backed marbled paper covered boards with gilt title on spine. Ex-library. Boards light rubbed, small corner bumps. Public library ink stamps on title page, first page and last page; few small pencil numbers in margins. Title page with a small paper lift and partially erased numbers near the upper margin. Small stain on fore-edge with minimal affect to inner pages. Light edge wear with corner bends. Small vertical tear in lower margin of pages 15/16. Light smudging and soiling on first and last few pages. Very good.
