Calf boards rebacked, new spine with leather title label. Boards rubbed, scratched and chipped, corners rounded and bumped; hinges cracked, holograph pencil annotations, foxing, some stains and soiling, additional stab holes in margins, small margin tears with minor paper loss, few closed tears, image off-set from plates and maps on facing pages, creasing and corner bends.
