Octavo. xii, 319, [1, printer's statement] pages. Frontispiece and twenty-nine additional plates. Publisher's one-quarter light green buckram over patterned paper-covered board, spine lettered in gilt; top edge of text block trimmed and gilt; map endpapers. Backstrip sunned; spine ends just a touch rolled; light wear to board edges. Text block very slightly yellowed with age; occasional evidence of handling to pages throughout; remains of label removed at recto of rear free endpaper. Very good.
