Original illustrated dust jacket with photo of Christie's dog, Peter. All edges trimmed. Minimal shelf wear at extremities of binding; a bit of discoloration along top edge; one or two tiny spots of soiling; soft bumping to corners. Edges of text block faintly toned with scattered foxing. Endpapers unevenly toned; normal, mild age yellowing to interior. Minor rubbing and soiling to exposed panels of dust jacket; a bit of edge wear with minimal paper loss at spine and flap fold ends; some soft creasing at spine; tiny hole toward top of rear flap fold; one short tear extending up from bottom edge of rear panel. Very nearly fine. With Crime Club membership slip laid in at front. A Hercule Poirot mystery.
