Octavo. xii, 409, [3, blank] pages. With limitation page, facsimiles, and several full-color plates inserted throughout. Publisher's full orange cloth, large pictorial label on front board, spine lettered in gilt. Pictorial endleaves. Original publisher's cardboard box with cover. Cloth spine and rear board dampstained at lower edges, seemingly not affecting text; some soiling to bottom edge of text block; some scuffing to paper label on front board. Lower portion of box dampstained, with two joints split; box lid has three joints splitting, and some dampstaining; some sunning, wear to box. Still, a near fine book in a good box. From the James C.
