    First edition. Complete game, which includes the board (approximately 9 x 13 inches) with rules on the verso, pins in original printed box, and twelve page "Facts for Mark Twain's Memory Builder" pamphlet (approximately 3 x 5 inches). Board unused (no pin holes), light edge wear, minor rubbing to frame, small tear from a dent in the paper's left border near line numbers 8 and 9, and partially erased lettere "R" in the right border. Pin box with edge wear and small tears. Pamphlet folded vertically, edge wear and creases. Both box and pamphlet with small pencil bookseller's prices. Overall in very good condition.
