Seven wood cut illustrations, two of which are double pages maps, large historiated initials, printer's devices on both final pages, printer's device on second title page. Bound in pig skin stamped elaborated panels, decorations, figures, and faded lettering, metal clasps, one incomplete, three raised bands to spine. Binding rubbed, soiled and lightly chipped at edges, rear hinge cracked, lacking free endpapers, holograph previous owners' pen inscriptions on front pastedown, small ink stamp on lower right corner of first page present, pen marks on rear pastedown, dampstains, ink holograph annotations in margins, occasional smudges, stains, else in good condition.
