Boards slightly bowed, some rubbing and extremity wear on covers, minor loss to cloth on head and tail of spine. Previous owner's ink signature on front pastedown with pencil signatures on front pastedown. Dampstaining on lower half of textblock as well as upper margins. Foxing and light toning. Large 6 inch fold separations on center horizontal folding crease of folding map, cellophane tape repairs on recto and verso to multiple tears on lower half with the largest repair measuring 7 inches. Good.
