Bound in blue cloth; spine lettered in and decorated in silver gilt with printed red labels; Gershwin's facsimile signature stamped in silver gilt on front cover. Illustrated photographic endpapers. Mild shelf wear and rubbing to backstrip; overall very good condition.

A nice copy of what is probably the earliest book-length biography of Gershwin, inscribed and signed by the great composer.
