A very good set.Isaac Ingalls Stevens (March 25, 1818 - September 1, 1862) was the first Governor of Washington Territory, a United States Congressman, and a brigadier general in the Union Army during the American Civil War until his death at the Battle of Chantilly. He was appointed posthumously to the grade of major general of volunteers.
