The true first appearance in print of Hemingway's The Little Review has toned and chipped wrappers with loss, over-opened front hinge, textblock separating from wrappers starting at head of spine, pencil marks on p. 31 and wrappers.  Scribner's Magazine Illustrated has front and rear wrapper separating, spine creased and concave, creasing and chipping with loss on wrappers, pp. 293-298 loosening. Kiki's Memoirs has heavily chipped glassine jacket with large loss, slightly cockled textblock. A Bibliography of the Works of Ernest Hemingway has corners bumped. Life Magazine has textblock a bit creased and cockled.
