[8], 195, [1] leaves. Printer's device on title page, large and small decorated initials, including large inhabited initials (letter "D") signed in block "C.G." Contemporary calf, worn, boards detached. Four reference clippings affixed to front pastedown and two to the first blank page with ink ex-libris inscription. Ink inscriptions and scores on title page, underlines and holograph notes in margins. Text block may have been trimmed with minor loss to holograph notes. Pages with light corner bends, occasional soiling, and minor dampstaining. Very good binding copy. From the Franklin V. Spellman collection of books published by French printer Charlotte Guillard and her associates.
