Oxford: Printed by the University Printers, 1710. Octavo. With portrait of Queen Anne and fifty-three (of fifty-five?) plates inserted throughout. All pages lined in red. Bound in later full dark brown morocco, boards and spine decoratively paneled and stamped in blind.
