Number 549 of 1,130 limited edition copies numbered but not signed by Rackham on the limitation page (no signature called for). Quarto. 162 pages. Text illustrations and thirteen whimsical tipped-in color plates mounted on brown paper with captioned tissue guards, all by Rackham. Publisher's cream cloth with titles and decorative stamping in gilt. Top edge gilt, others uncut. Binding a bit dulled and soiled, rubbing and fading to spine, with loss of some gilt. Browning to free endpapers. Minor scattered foxing, but internal contents still excellent and bright. A very good copy.
