    Arthur Rackham, illustrator. Group of Four Books. London and elsewhere: [1913-1932]. Titles include Mother Goose: The Old Nursery Rhymes, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow by Washington Irving, The Vicar of Wakefield by Oliver Goldsmith, and Fairy Tales by Hans Anderson. Four octavo volumes. Publishers' bindings, two in dust jackets. Boards and board edges lightly rubbed and worn, spines a bit sun faded. Text block edges moderately toned and dust soiled, a few places over-opened. Mother Goose has ink ownership signature, offset marks from cello-tape adhesives on endpapers. Fairy Tales has occasional pencil annotations. Vicar of Wakefield has text block lightly foxed. Legend of Sleepy Hollow has board edges heavily worn, front joint starting, rear free endpaper somewhat stained on lower corner. Dust jackets rubbed, toned, edgeworn, chipped and torn with loss. Overall, good, sound copies.
