Quarto (11.5 x 9.5 inches; 292.1 x 241.3 mm). xv, 147 pp. Illustrated by Arthur Rackham, twelve mounted color plates (5.75 x 4.25 inches; 146.05 x 107.95 mm) with captioned tissue guards, including frontispiece, and twenty black line drawings. Pictorial gilt-stamped vellum decorated on front board and spine, with cream ribbon ties. Minor edgewear, boards slightly bowed. Illustrated endpapers; minor foxing on endpapers, pencil notations to front free endpaper recto. Internally generally clean; top edge gilt, other edges untrimmed, minor edgewear, moderate intermittent foxing, minor offsetting. Very good. Hudson p. 169; Latimore & Haskell, pp. 44-45.
