A Highly Detailed Woodcut from Ship of Fools,
    Attributed to Albrecht Dürer

[Albrecht Dürer, illustrator]. [Sebastian Brant]. [One Leaf from a 1510 Edition of Stultifera Navis ("Ship of Fools")]. [N.p., though most likely Strassburg, n.d., ca. 1510]. From an early Latin edition of this work, originally published in 1497. Leaf size approximately 8 x 5.5 inches. Woodcut and text on recto, text on verso. Both sides heightened in red. Overall, a good impression, however with some marginal fatigue of the plate (the central image is still clear). Leaf just a bit toned, and the top trimmed a bit close. Mounted to backing mount with two pieces of cloth tape on the verso of the left margin. Overall, a very good item.

This was my first time dealing with an auction house, and I am 100% completely impressed with Heritage. There is not an aspect of this process that I have a critique for.
