First edition, large paper issue, limited to 525 sets, of which this is number 359, and signed by the author. Four large octavo volumes (10.25 x 7 inches; 258 x 177 mm.). Publisher's full brown buckram, front boards stamped in gilt, brown gilt morocco lettering labels on spines. Original slipcase. Spines very slightly sunned, some rubbing to spine label. Slipcase with mild edgewear and a few joints beginning to crack, some sunning. A bright, near fine set. From the James C. Seacrest Collection.
