DescriptionWilliam H. Taft Supreme Court Photograph Signed by All Nine Justices, circa 1923-1925. Measuring 9.75" x 9" (sight), four justices are seen standing behind five seated justices, with Taft sitting prominently in the center, in this Harris & Ewing photograph. The justices, all signing below their respective image, are William H. Taft, Willis Van Devanter, Pierce Butler, Joseph McKenna, Louis D. Brandeis, George Sutherland, Oliver W. Holmes Jr., Edward T. Sanford, and James C. McReynolds. Matted to an overall size of 15.75" x 13.25".
Taft has the distinction of being the only person to serve both as president and as a Supreme Court chief justice. (His lifelong desire had been to be chief justice, not president.) He served until his death in 1930.
Condition: The signatures of Van Devanter, Butler, Brandeis, and Holmes are faded, but still legible.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
HA.com receives more traffic than any other auction house website. (Source: Similarweb.com)
