Frivolous complaints relative to the order for Christian to report in person at Hqrs and other groundless Supp. A vague statement relative to the Accts. contracted by Lt. Col. Chambers for the U.S." Separations at folds have been archivally repaired. A clean and bold signature, with light soiling to cover.
