William McKinley Legal Filing in His Hand Signed Twice. Three pages, 8" x 12.5", Stark County, Ohio; Circa April 1868. A filing in the case of Eli Yigler (Plaintiff) vs. Margaret & W.S. Luckenbach and William Hawes written by McKinley as the attorney for the plaintiff. McKinley signs twice, first as "Belden & McKinley" and again as notary, "Wm. McKinley Jr." Docketing on verso states that the petition was filed on April 27, 1868.Condition: Flattened creases from folds, with light toning at edges. Minor areas of soiling on lower margin of front page and on verso. Small pencil notation at top left corner.
