William Jefferson Clinton Typed Letter Signed on White House letterhead. Two pages, 7" x 10.25" (sight), September 12, 1995. A lengthy letter to Senator Pat Moynihan regarding the Bosnian atrocities being committed in Yugoslavia. In part: "We have actively pursued reports of gross violations of human rights and war crimes throughout the course of the war in Bosnia... We have repeatedly called on the Bosnian Serb authorities to provide the international community with detailed information on and access to any refugees from the enclaves currently under detention... To date, the authorities in Pale have been uncooperative. We have some evidence of mass graves and other signs of atrocities that were committed in the wake of the Bosnian Serb attacks on the two enclaves..." Signed "Bill." Near fine condition, and matted to an overall size of 20" x 15.5".

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
