Black and white, 11.75" x 16.5". John Wesley Hill was the Chancellor of Lincoln Memorial University from 1916 to 1936, and former president Taft was a great supporter of the school.
Condition: There is some modest soiling in the margins surrounding the portrait and light mat burn. On verso tape along edges. Taft's inscription is bright, bold, legible and in very good condition.
