Ulysses S. Grant "Affix-the-Seal" Document Signed. One partially printed page, 7 3/4 x 9 7/8 inches; Washington; February 17, 1875. Document directs the Secretary of State "to affix the Seal of the United States to a Warrant for the pardon of Farmer Sizemore and Letcher Sizemore..." Signed, "U.S. Grant."Condition: Flattened folds, light toning to edges, pencil notation on verso.
