Description
Ulysses S. Grant Affix-the-Seal Document Signed "U.S. Grant." One page, 8.5" x 11", Washington, D.C.; March 21, 1873. The document authorizes the Secretary of State to affix the seal of the United States to "a warrant for the pardon of Julian J. Trujillo."Condition: Flattened folds, with mat burn at the edges. Minor chipping at the edges, along with light foxing in places. Bold signature by Grant.
