One page, 14.75" x 8.25" (sight), matted and framed to an overall size of 18.5" x 12.5", January 20, 1809, Washington, D.C. Partially printed on vellum with blind embossed seal, made out to Amos Butler of Pennsylvania.Condition: Slightly toned, else good.
