Thomas Jefferson Autograph Endorsement Signed removed from a larger document. One page, 3 ¾ x 2 ¾ inches, no place, May 15, 1805. Jefferson has written: "May 15, 1805 / approved / Th: Jefferson." Fine presidential signature penned ten weeks after Jefferson was sworn in for his second term. Matted and framed with a portrait of Jefferson to the overall size of 18 x 12 ¾ inches.Condition: Light offset to the right of Jefferson's signature. Docketed in unknown hand on verso with show-through behind Jefferson's "May 15."
