Presentation inscription by Johnson to his future vice-president, Hubert Humphrey, to the front free endpaper. It reads, in full: "To / Hubert Humphrey / with my high regard / Lyndon B. Johnson." Octavo. x, 178 pages. Eleven leaves of photographic reproductions. Full brown cloth with gilt lettered spine. Original unclipped dust jacket ($3.75).

Condition: Bookseller's pencil notations to endpapers, otherwise a bright and tight copy. Dust jacket lightly rubbed with sunned spine; minor dampstain along lower front flap, not affecting any text; two .5" closed tears to upper margin of front and rear panels, one touching just one letter of title.
