    Ronald Reagan Signed and Inscribed Photograph. An oversized black and white glossy photo of Tip O'Neill and Congressman Don Rostenkowski, 14" x 11". Matted to an overall size of 15.5" x 13.75". Inscribed and signed on the lower margin of the image, "Honest Danny - Things aren't that bad - or is someone up in one of the windows? Come on back - we'll try again. Warm Regards Ron." With Washington Star photostamp on verso dated June 1, 1981, during which time the Congress was debating tax cuts.

    Condition: Foxing spots on verso. Photo has been adhered to the mat with cello tape along three margins, and with strapping tape at top. Strapping tape has yellowed and dried.
