President Ulysses S. Grant Signed Document, partly-printed DS, one page, 8" x 10", Jan. 5, 1870, directing the Secretary of State to "affix the Seal of the United States to a Warrant for the delivery of a prisoner by the British authorities." Fold affects the top of Grant's bold signature, with slight discoloration typical of this document, otherwise near fine and suitable for display.Auction Info
